Why distributions and sale proceeds differ
The SEC annual report shows $89.77M of 2024 cash distributions and $84.97M of 2024 sale proceeds. They are not interchangeable: distributions can include income, return of capital, reserves and timing differences, while proceeds measure cash received from asset realizations.
Could another distribution occur?
VanEck states that additional liquidating distributions may occur, but offers no assurance that they will. Any future payment depends on legal and operational access to assets, permitted transactions, expenses and the ability to transfer funds through the distribution chain.
